You're right, the Hotel Park in Bled was the birthplace of that cream cake, that's why we chose it.
It's really one of the few original Slovenian desserts, but I read from wiki, a Serbian chef devised the cake when he worked in Hotel Park, so it's a bit funny that a Serbian chef created a Slovenian dessert. 😛

It seems to be one of the few original Slovenian desserts, potica and walnut gibanica are the other two. I thought the Hotel Park in Bled was the birthplace of that cream cake, maybe I was wrong.
