					<description><![CDATA[雖然看486的網誌很久了，但其實他介紹的東西95%都燒不到我，原因當然是因為自己沒有迫切的需要。不過自從抽獎抽到了一個TwinBird和風雙層調理蒸籠，發現蒸鍋的便利之後，就開始想要一個炸鍋，但炸完之後的油怎麼處理是個問題，而且油炸的東西也不要常吃比較好，但想吃的話，總覺得還是自己炸會比較健康。想要炸鍋的念頭跟想吃健康的炸物一直讓我想買個炸鍋的念頭沒停過，但處理炸油的問題又讓我卻步，直到486介紹 [&#8230;]]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[最近這兩週，一直在試驗我的無油便當菜，但其實都是因為幸運抽到了TwinBird和風雙層調理蒸籠的緣故。我現在住的小套房，雖然有廚房設備，但是廚房跟臥室跟客廳都是連成一體的，中間並沒有隔開，其實就是比較大的小套房切成臥室、客廳跟廚房三個區域而已。也因此，如果我煮什麼東西不巧是油煙比較大的，那麼睡前絕對逃不了得聞著菜餚味道入睡的狀況。我跟尼都不喜歡這樣的狀況，所以我煮食時也盡可能避免煮會產生過多油煙的 [&#8230;]]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[從4月份開始，我正式開啟了自己的便當人生，但其實一開始是想要消耗冰箱的剩菜，才想說要帶便當的。兩個人住，家附近的超市要走上好一段，而雖然附近有很棒的傳統黃昏市場，但就是兩人份的菜量不好買，買多了來不及吃完的下場就是食材壞掉，買少了又煮不夠吃，加上當時晚上開伙的機會不大，外食習慣了，所以不少菜就被這樣放到壞掉，煞是可惜。因此為了不要浪費糧食，也想趕快把冰箱清空，所以我就開始帶便當了。本來預定是把冰箱 [&#8230;]]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[還沒搬出父母家之前，我是個鮮少動手煮飯的人，反正爸媽會張羅呀，除了家事得幫忙做之外，煮飯這件事情一直輪不到我的，所以我一直是處於遠庖廚的狀態。高中跟大學外宿時，爸爸給我買了個3人份的小電鍋，我用那個電鍋煮麵、煮湯、燙青菜、熱滷味啥的都很方便，加上室友當時有台電磁爐，有時候晚餐就以快煮拉麵加顆蛋花再加上兩三根菜葉解決。問我有沒有真正煮過飯？答案似乎是沒有。話雖如此，我卻一直很嚮往有自己的廚房，最好還 [&#8230;]]]></description>
